Today’s Tunes For Tuesday is AC/DC’s “Highway To Hell”.  Every single time I hear this song I’m instantly taken back to the roller rink I used to go to when I was young – whenever HTH came on it meant to skate backward and skate fast!

Nowadays this song inspires me to go fast in my car or when I run.  Hope you enjoy it!

10 Main Takeaways From FitBloggin'

Hoping you all had a great holiday weekend!  I’ve been traveling a bit and I’ve been late in letting you all know about my #secretvacation (blog post pending) but this post is about my trip to Portland and my 10 Takeaways from Fitbloggin’.  This was a conference unlike any other I’ve ever attended.  Kia from Bodhibear.net said “that Fitbloggin is like walking into a hug” and she was absolutely right!  I was lucky to have been chosen as a LiveBlogger (and therefore my conference fee was complimentary) but would have paid to attend this fabulous conference anyway!  I’m already looking forward to FitBloggin 2014!

Wunda Wednesdays – It's A Wrap!

WundaBar Pilates, Pilates, injury rehabiliationWelcome to Week 9 – the final post of Wunda Wednesdays!   From May 1st through July 1st, I participated in a 60 Day Challenge with WundaBar Pilates.  I took 3-4 classes per week in exchange for documenting my progress weekly here on the blog.

 

 

I can’t believe that my 60 Day Challenge is officially over.  It went fast and damn, I worked hard!  WundaBar Pilates is no joke my friends.  From this experience, I assure you that in every single class you are guaranteed sweat, shaking, sighing and cursing but you’ll go back for more because in 50 minutes you get a fun (but serious) workout that will change the way you look at exercise classes.
