I’m available for a limited number of women who are motivated to maximize their health with recommendations, practical advice and actionable strategies that fit your reality, schedule and lifestyle.

Specifically, here’s what you can expect when we work together.

Initial Assessment: This is where we begin. During our first hour-long phone or Skype session, we’ll discuss your goals, history, eating habits, and exercise regimen. We’ll go through the basics of nutrition and review some actionable strategies and recommendations for you to get started on your journey immediately.

Follow-Up Nutrition Coaching: During a series of phone or Skype coaching sessions, we’ll review your progress and talk about your challenges. I’ll review how your eating and exercise affects your overall nutrition, as well as provide support and motivation to help maximize your progress. Coaching sessions can be tailored to your needs.
