Hi Everyone!  Today is a special version of Wunda Wednesday!  6 months ago I did a 60 Day Challenge with WundaBar Pilates and it has changed my fitness life!

I can’t believe that my 60 Day Challenge is officially over.  It went fast and damn, I worked hard!  WundaBar Pilates is no joke my friends.  From this experience, I assure you that in every single class you are guaranteed sweat, shaking, sighing and cursing but you’ll go back for more because in 50 minutes you get a fun (but serious) workout that will change the way you look at exercise classes.

#13in2013 Half Year Check In

Sorry that this post is late today but I’ve been traveling a lot lately.   I just got back from the amazing Fitbloggin’ 13 in Portland, Oregon.  I have so much to share about my recent adventures that I need a few days to gather up all the fabulousness I’ve encountered on my #secretvacation and at Fitbloggin.
