Believe it or not, the first quarter of 2013 is nearly over.  As many of us do in January, I set some goals for 2013 and figured I’d hold myself accountable and see what kind of progress I’ve made since sharing them on the blog:

  1. Complete a half marathon (the original #13in2013) – Ortho nixed this one for me
  2. Perform 13 acts of kindness (inspired by Sandy Hook) – I’ve done 2
  3. Read 13 books – I’ve read 3 – I’m on track.
  4. Take 13 different fitness classes and review them – Taken 2 or 3 but have not reviewed
  5. Improve nutritional intake: Cook 13 new dishes w/ high nutritional value foods – Done 2
  6. Commit to my blog via true launch/promotion and a minimum of 2 posts/wk – Check
  7. Launch a private nutrition practice – Slated last quarter of 2013
  8. Attend 2-3 Professional Conferences – Went to Natural Products Expo
  9. Get organized: Create daily and weekly structure for work and home efficiency – Nope
  10. Begin phase 2 of decorating the CA house – Nope
  11. Be more present by instituting a daily no phone/computer time policy – Nope
  12. Become more financially responsible – Needs improvement
  13. …and there is one Duran Duran related thing – Working on Durandemonium 2013 – Yup!

Not bad but progress is definitely needed.  What about you?  Did you make New Year’s Resolutions or goals for yourself?  If so, have you reached your goal(s) or made progress toward a goal or goals?
