Only In New York – Chobani Soho Store
Of all the things New York City is known for, food is definitely at the top of most people’s lists. It’s true that the bagels, the pizza and even the water is exceptional in New York City. Food is a draw for me anywhere and especially now that I live in LA. It was fabulous to finally have a food experience only available in New York at the Chobani Soho store.
Less Of A Runner?
Today I’m thrilled to have a guest post from a fellow runner and music aficionado (my words not his), Gerard Pescatore aka The Music of Running. I’ve mentioned Gerard in my Thank You Note To My Fitness Inspirations. Gerard has great taste in music and has helped me with expanding my musical horizons and has been a cheerleader of my sporadic running through injury rehab. Gerard and his wife are both avid runners. Gerard is strong, fast and knows his running stuff – he’s currently training for his 16th marathon! Today this avid music lover brings up a controversial subject in the running world in his post today – music while running. […]

The name Sandy has both a positive and a negative connotation for the Brooklyn Cyclones: it’s both the name of the team mascot, Sandy the Seagull but also the hurricane that changed MSU Park forever. […]

Workout Wednesdays – Workout Options in NYC
Next week I’ll be on the East Coast on vacation. Suffice it to say that I can’t wait to get to New York to see friends, eat great food, take the the subway and say, “No Sleep ‘Til…
Yup, that’s me after a run in Brooklyn
I also love to workout in New York. There are so many different places to workout (both indoors and out) and I plan on hitting some of my favorite spots and I plan to check out some new workout hotspots too.
Here’s […]
