Hi friends! I hope you all had wonderful New Year’s Eve celebrations and welcome to 2014!
I had a post planned for today but instead, I’ve decided to take a hiatus until Monday, January 6th. I’m taking some time to enjoy my family and properly set the stage for 2014. There’s some excellent stuff coming up and I can’t wait to share it with all of you (and learn what all of you have in store for the year).

Just went over to your site and your Gluten Free challenge taught me about the possible link between hypothyroidism and celiac. Having this knowledge will certainly help me in my future nutrition private practice!
