This week I’m going to focus on nutrition and health on the blog. If you know anything about my weekend in Vegas (Wild Boy and his au pair/mother’s helper/babysitter both contracted a 24 hour stomach flu) and since it seems that everyone on both the East and West Coasts are battling the flu or some other illness, doing healthy things with the little time we all have each day seems appropriate.
Below is the “Healthy Timesavers” handout I created for a recent “Fit Moms Night Out” event hosted by the Los Angeles perinatal exercise specialist, Jennifer Tucker Johnson, of Fitforexpecting.com and Burbank’s Fleet Feet Sports store.
